When one chamber is working (adsorption), the opposite chamber is regenerated by pressure swing adsorption regeneration. During regeneration, a part of the dry compressed air is released from the working pressure to atmospheric pressure, and the water absorbed is taken away by the adsorbent saturated with water, so the adsorbent is regenerated. Designed for the laser cutting industry, the unit uses special adsorbent and a high-strength aluminum alloy structure, is free of annual pressure vessel inspection, and offers stable performance with small volume and easy maintenance.
Uses special adsorbent (hardness 2 times that of ordinary adsorbent), not easy to break or powder.
Special high-strength aluminum alloy extrusion molding, no suture line, high pressure strength.
Modular design does not belong to the pressure vessel, free of annual inspection.
Aluminum alloy cavity is not easy to rust or corrode, with long service life.
