EPSEA Modular Nitrogen Generator uses multiple high-strength aluminum alloy cavities filled with high-performance molecular sieve to separate nitrogen and oxygen from compressed air by pressure swing adsorption (PSA). It delivers nitrogen of 95~99.999% purity at a flow of 2~280Nm³/h, with a low air-to-nitrogen ratio of 4.2:1 at 99.99% purity — about 15% more energy-efficient than traditional twin-tower generators. PLC programmable control with HMI real-time monitoring enables automatic evacuation of unqualified nitrogen and energy-saving automatic pause, while the non-corrosive aluminum alloy structure ensures a long service life.

The customer previously relied on purchased nitrogen, which was costly and subject to supply stability. Automotive manufacturing requires strict nitrogen purity and continuous supply; insufficient purity or interruption would affect production quality and line efficiency. Meanwhile, moisture in compressed air would shorten the service life of the nitrogen generator's molecular sieve.
SolutionWe configured a combined solution of a modular nitrogen generator and a refrigerated air dryer. The dryer removes moisture from compressed air upstream, protecting the molecular sieve and extending equipment life. After commissioning, nitrogen purity remains stable and supply is continuous and reliable, meeting the high-purity nitrogen demand for automotive manufacturing while reducing nitrogen cost.
